Davis Islands (III) - Tampa, FL

I had the pleasure of working on this residence as part of the design team at HomeWorks Builders & DI Home, where I served as the lead interior designer for the furnishings throughout the home. Designed for a family with three children, the project was an exciting opportunity to create a warm contemporary interior that felt sophisticated yet comfortable enough for everyday family life. Light oak floors, exposed wood beams, natural textures, leather, and layered textiles bring warmth to the clean architectural framework, while black-framed windows, streamlined cabinetry, stone, sculptural lighting, and subtle brass accents add contrast and refinement.

For the furnishings, I approached each space with the personalities and needs of the family in mind, creating continuity throughout the home while allowing individual rooms to have their own character, from the open living spaces designed for gathering to the serene primary suite, home office, and playful media room. Seeing the family experience the finished home was incredibly rewarding, especially knowing that the children loved their spaces just as much as their parents did.

The result is a home that feels refined yet relaxed, thoughtfully layered, and deeply livable.
