Davis Islands (II) - Tampa, FL

I was thrilled to be part of this beautiful Davis Islands project while at HomeWorks Builders and DI Home. I loved working with the Clients, what a fun project! Surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, the home was designed to create a strong connection between indoors and out, with expansive windows and glass doors bringing greenery into nearly every room.

A warm, natural palette of wide-plank wood floors, soft neutrals, light cabinetry, stone, woven textures, and touches of black and brass creates a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere. While the main living spaces remain light and understated, rooms like the moody gray home office and botanical-inspired man cave bring personality and contrast. The result is a contemporary Florida home that feels comfortable, refined, and naturally connected to its surroundings.
