I had the pleasure of working on this project as part of the design team at HomeWorks Builders & DI Home in Tampa, Florida. The project was a collaborative effort between architecture, construction, and interior design, resulting in a striking coastal-modern residence paired with a sophisticated transitional interior.

The client envisioned a home that would feel both substantial and timeless—a modern interpretation of a coastal retreat designed to maximize its surrounding views while creating multiple outdoor spaces for entertaining and enjoying the Florida landscape.
Resilience was equally important to the design. The home was conceived to provide a strong sense of permanence and protection while thoughtfully responding to Florida’s demanding climate and natural elements.

Inside, the architecture’s clean, contemporary lines are softened by a refined transitional aesthetic, creating a balance between strength and warmth. Carefully considered materials, furnishings, and finishes bring an inviting character to the interiors while maintaining a cohesive connection to the architecture and surrounding environment.
