I had the privilege of being part of the design team for this project during my time at Handman Associates. We renovated the entire unit located in a high-rise in downtown Chicago. This residence offers sweeping city views that became an integral part of the design narrative.

The client’s vision was clear: a space that felt moody, cozy, and elegant. The design approached was to focus on layering texture, tone, and form—creating an environment that feels both intimate and elevated.

The result is a thoughtfully curated home that balances function and atmosphere, featuring custom furniture, tailored millwork, and distinctive pieces that bring depth and character to the space.
